Stronger engine, stronger 6 speed gearbox, stronger rear diff, different turbo, brakes are bigger (Brembo set up), different hubs, different interior, bigger hood scope, larger intercooler, suspension differences, etc. etc. Think Focus ST v Focus RS.

As an unbiased WRX owner I totally agree Still get decent power, awd and the flat four rumble sounds.

Also if UK spec STI it will be 2.5, whereas a JDM will be the 2.0 with a twin scroll turbo.

and ringland failure unlikely to happen on the 2.0 lump, same can't be said for the uk version

To be fair they aren't 100k. More like 80k.

That said if I had it and was given the choice between the M2 and the Supra then I would pick the Supra. It looks miles better and I just don't like the BMW brand image.

Just saw they’re “from” 85,200. Thought it was a bit more. The M2 comp is from 92k last time I checked but it's 100 really all said and done.

Don't think too many people are willing to spend 100k on a Toyota no matter how nice or iconic it is.

We talking about Supra or any Toyota? There is Toyota 2000GT which is worth more than that. But if it's only about Supra then no, 100k a bit too much I agree with you on that.
