The warm up regulator got a cleanup this evening, the little metal screens were full of sediment!

Testing the heating coil, looks alright? Under 30 is good right?
Couldn't open the darn thing to save my life, a bit of overnight soakage in order.
Took out the injectors and gave them a quick blast through, they're spraying okay now, may have to replace them. I'll throw a can of brake clean at them proper tomorrow.
Just ordered the lower o ring for the injector holders, had already got the upper ones, managed to get them all out without breaking them.

The injector holders came out lovely after a good wash,I have the outer seals ordered but it'll take a week.
Gave everything metal a good scrub of scotchbrite and metal polish for the bits we'll see.
Nice difference between current and when I took them out.
The lot of them are now staying nicely, stuck the nozzle of a new can of brake clean in to them and they eventually cleared up, with consistent spray pattern, volume haven't a clue. But they're flowing, I'm pretty sure they were 100% clogged.

Took out the old warm up regulator, it's a 128
The one I bought was a 078, very different inside, just checking the diaphragms were good, both are !
The screen had some mud in it too, now cleaned out !

Flame trap cleaning, ended up just using the little screen in the kit I bought. The angle on the vacuum pipe is different on the turbo I guess?
Plugged it up, filled it with a half can of degreaser and washed it out later with hot water.
Big flakes of hardened oil we're falling out of it!

Found an intake gasket at the local autozone which was pretty amazing for a 37 yr old car!
I threw the injectors in, but I think I can wait to get the outer sealing I rings before putting everything back together.
I've to replace all the vacuum lines anyways and out of time this week.

Whipped off the kjet equivalent of a maf?
Gave it a good cleaning with brakcleen.
I'll redo it with fresh gaskets etc but fuel seems to be flowing through at least.
Just want it running, I'll eventually redo the fuel lines too, they're intact but the outer rubber shielding is succumbing to age.
Finally got my injector holder seals, can't be having any unmetered air getting at it !
