Thanks man. Awesome car, we must all catch up and go for a spin together, would be sick. I agree that they are unbelievable cars from factory, no need to mess with them. Any pics of yours?

Just wondering do the owners of RS Renaults just go to a regular garage for servicing or do you tend to go somewhere that specialises in them?

I know there is a garage in the Midlands somewhere that has a good reputation for working on fast Renaults.
Are there any others around the country?

I used a local main dealer last year, which has recently stopped doing Renault.

They broke the bleed valves off the front calipers (probably could have happened to anyone) and insisted on replacing them when they probably could have been drilled out.

They also massively over-torqued seemingly everything they touched. I was lucky to not need to replace the wheel bolts.

I think I'd use a specialist in future if it's an option. I believe there's one in Limerick.

I'd also recommend using RenaultPartsDirect UK for parts. I got two cup springs shipped for less than the cost of one from a local dealer!

I used Dalton's when I had my RS250 but recently have been using an independent in Limerick, ex Renault master mechanic and a Renaultsport nut himself

As above. Renault Parts Direct are Great for prices, few other sites to use. K-Tec and Kam Racing bit also a place in Poland moto-dynamic are very good for prices of OEM stuff. Little difficult to search the site so having a part numbers makes it easier

It's good to know there are a few options around anyway.

I dont know if they work on them but Fahy's in Oranmore seem to have a very good reputation for servicing cars etc.
