Mpg help please?

My mk6 gti gets around 25-27mpg with a mix of motorway and town mileage

Jeez I struggle to get under 30 in my k03 mk5 and I wouldn't be known for sparing it... Very little urban driving, but lots of backroads. Close to 40 on long spins, motorway etc.

Consistently getting 45mpg in my E60 530D and was averaging 26mpg in my old E46 M3

I daren't calculate the Turbo R's consumption.........I suppose the 2CV's balances it out!

The AMG cracks about 19/20mpg on a long journey, it is down to about 10mpg around the city out skirts, much more horrific if it was in the city and start stop traffic............ Miser on petrol so it is!

I use a mk5 Gti as a daily and wouldn't consider it bad on juice.

I got overall 32mpg from mine over 3 years, mixed driving. Thought that was pretty good!
