  • Blowing off steam - The Rant Thread

Thought I'd put this here and see if it flies.

We all know it is healthy to get annoyances off your chest, so let it fly.
Points for the best analogies expressing the levels of indignation incurred.

Also, what happens on the mile, stays on the mile: there's no retribution.

Obviously I had motive for this thread, so I'll open with a simple, not to vitriolic, but oft occurring one:

Drivers, if you are not sure where you are, or where you are going, get off the f**king road and out of my way until you figure it out.

Oh yes just what I needed

Texting, sending snapchats, checking your facebook or playing with your smartphone in general.

Stop doing it while someone is trying to have a face to face conversation with you.

It is not acceptable to look up from your screen 5 minutes later and ask "sorry, what were you saying?"

Idiots in two lanes at the traffic lights wanting to go forward but causing a tail back for cars that have a green light to go left because the numptys are blocking the left lane

I hate everyone and everything. That feel better.

I'm sure I will be back with something more specific, I have a lot of issues and this might save on therapy costs.
When trouble arises and things look bad, there is always one individual who perceives a solution and is willing to take command.

Very often that individual is crazy.

Sitting in the fast lane (yes it IS the fast lane) when the left lane is empty.

Pissing on the toilet seat and leaving it there for the next person to deal with, and is it really so hard to flush the jacks after you use it.

People who cycle into work in the rain and think it's ok not to bother your hole putting a mudguard on the bike.

I don't want a facefull of road shite because you think that your commuting bike looks 'cool' without a mudguard or because you're worried the few extra grams in weight might slow you down.

                          Fecker.

Ok so I'm used to the attention in the Lambo but the other day I was going down the M50 in the pissings of rain and with lots of standing water, respectfully trying to keep a good distance from the car in front when I notice this complete f0cking Darwin award candidate about 5 yards from my bumper driving a big van holding his iphone right in front of his field of vision filming me as we went along. I so badly wanted to slam on and sod the consequences its not even funny.
