Cruise control retro fit

Is it possible to retro fit cruise control to a Toyota Aqua, Jap import similar to an Auris? Any suggestions?

Not sure about the Aqua but I'm doing the same to a Rav 4 at some point in the near future.

From Toyota forums, if cruise control was an option on the car, supposedly the wiring is there behind the airbag and fitting it is a matter of plugging in the part, screwing the stalk on and cutting out a small section of the column for the controls to stick out.

Have this in my parts drawer and just need some time to fit. As far as I can remember the stalks are almost a universal Toyota part and one from a Corolla of the same year should fit.

I'd be interested on doing this on the Altezza tbh. I've only ever seen it fitted on one Altezza in Japan.
