Was indeed, there is a post on a Facebook forum that claimed the current owner was sold the car thinking it was a genuine CSL, basically saying the car was misrepresented this just keeps getting better and better!!

Yep it's either total nonsense or the buyer who spent 50k is an idiot. I'd be leaning towards nonsense, as most people with 50k to blow on an M3 are intelligent folk.

                  • More than likely an exercise in advertising to drive the price of other Irish plated M3's up to be fair. Nothing like giving Revenue and VRT a bigger value target to make already Irish plated cars worth more. That M3 has gone from one dealer to another.

Can't believe I still have this only getting clowns viewing it 🙈
I'd saved that on the off chance I came into some cash and storage space. I really like it and it'd be an ideal daily classic for when the regular stuff needs work.

I'm surprised that this hasn't sold for you.

Gorgeous car. I had a 250d in the same colour scheme. Great cars that really feel special. More so with the 300 24v mill I would imagine.

It's the perfect daily classic, searched for a long time to find this clean but just can't keep everything.

Cheers they are a great car and the 24v can turn a fare level of pace when punching on, really doesn't feel like a 32yr old car. It's in better nick than me 😂
