Sure Clarkson is at a loose end these days, if he was asked nicely he could collect a wind tunnel from a defunct F1 team and tow it over with his Lambo tractor when he was coming.....

Nah he'll be flat out at grass. Got a new grassmen sunvisor and Bluetooth earpiece ready for the rig

See in their latest post,Prestige Car Transport is also going to be joining forces with this new venture.

Going by all of the great reviews he gets, not really a surprise.

Best of luck with it Stephen 👍

Ahhh lads… we have to get Quentin Wilson out for the big opening. Or… someone homegrown would be great. Re the fuel situation… One could only dream of 98 octane fuel. Something tells me we won’t get Clarkson even on the cheap at the minute. He has been black listed 🤣

Just wondering has anyone been out to this place or know where abouts it is?

Don't think they are open to the public just yet, I follow them on instragram and it looks like a mountain of work been done at the moment, seems to be coming together nicely.

I've been out there - Conlons are doing a small bit of work for me. Its still very much a building site in many ways, but the Deane showroom looks just about ready.

Is William Woolard still on this mortal coil? We could get him to judge a Woolarding contest.

                      • Doing some thinking on this lately seeing how Simon asked for suggestions.

Whilst a wind tunnel and petrol station may be a bit too far out there...

What about a proper alignment machine? Something like a Hunter alignment machine. Getting a proper alignment is tough these days and I remember looking into it before there were a handful of places where people used to travel far and wide to.

Either way looking forward to visiting!

                        • There’s a hunter alignment equipped garage about 30 seconds away from their new location - not sure it would be an USP for them.

                          • Agh fair enough! I'm not familiar with the area.

                              • Proper top end alignment is not really done with a machine, it is done on a flat patch using hub stands with string lines
