looks more like an EX grade with the leather, navi and trim, if it’s still the oem unit and if it is you can’t get navi updates for them anymore. As for the engine, icetronix are fond of stripping and swapping out stuff so could be “2l on the book lad”. Also my later 2.0l Type S model has red dials on the dash and the EX had blue, am assuming the earlier models followed the same criteria no harm in looking, but maybe they swapped the clocks out too, the 2.4 has a higher redline than the base k20.

Actually looking at the Pics again, the dead giveaway of it being an EX car to begin with is the sunroof and headlight washers. The Type S didn’t get these.
