I have mine about 5 months now and love it. I personally wouldn't buy a pre facelift one they have more issues to worry about, they have the older gearbox and the interior is terrible. Id also stay away from ones with higher miles unless they've had a top end rebuild. if not factor in another €3-4k to replace the intake camshafts, lifters and upgrade the camshaft adjusters.

Facelift is a massively improved car in a W204 but maybe there is someone really into an estate who will pay the premium asked.

Any car that merely takes you from A-B does not go far enough.

I spent nearly a year looking for one, from my experience in the UK & Japan the estate version definitely holds a premium over the saloon and coupe but your only talking around 10%.
I'd agree that estate is overpriced, especially for a very early pre-facelift with that mileage. It does have the lower tax, which very few of them do as they only came out May 2008. I reckon the €30-32k is a more realistic price.
That 2012 saloon version is pretty good value, going by the spec and kph clocks I reckon that's a jap import too.
