A couple of pointers to try and keep things ticking over:
1. Please use descriptive thread titles, starting with For Sale / Wanted / Free and include a price plus ideally pictures of the item(s) for sale.
2. Please update threads if an item sells (or does not) and request that the thread be closed once the item you are selling is sold.
3. Inactive threads will be locked after approx. 2 months of inactivity. To reopen a thread you'd like to keep active simply contact a mod/admin.
4. Please give back. If you came here to post a For Sale ad, consider also contributing to the forum elsewhere.
5. Be constructive. If you think something is overpriced or badly advertised, try and help the seller rather than thrashing them or the item for sale and wrecking the thread.
6. Backroads is an automotive forum but you are welcome to sell items that are non-car related.
7. Above all please remember above all that the forum is a community. Be kind, honest and decent. For everything else there's adverts.ie.
