                          It's a tubular steel chassis but with the powertrain of an 87-95 Skoda Favorit 1.3 - engine, gearbox, driveshafts etc so FWD. Not for everybody...

                          Same company do have a respectable reproduction of the original Lotus 7 available as one of their kits though, takes the ubiquitous VAG 1.8T 20v and mounts it longitudinally (as in a B5-era A4/Passat) mated to a Sierra gearbox. Don't know much about them, but might learn more about them in the future.
